Location: Singapore Department: Membership Experience Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Strategic Operations Role Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for leading Morrow Health's membership sales function - driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales team, and designing the full sales playbook and operational SOPs. This role is highly results-driven and requires hands-on leadership in hiring, training, coaching, and optimising sales performance. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Delivery: Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets. Develop pricing strategies, sales promotions, referral systems, and corporate membership programmes. Track key sales metrics such as conversion rates, show-up rate, lead pipeline health, revenue per consultant.
