RESPONSIBILITIES


As the role, you are responsible for supporting the BD Director in all matters related to BD strategic distribution development; Searches and evaluates for new locations according to the local BD strategy and manages a network of real estate agents or other relevant contacts


 Your main focus :

  • Business Development Evaluation & Negotiation
  • Understand & analyze market distribution opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, city development data, and profitability analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure high-value opportunities for each brand.

  • Drive negotiations to secure landlord capital contribution and marketing support, finalize optimal business terms in partnership with legal, and align sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution from deal signing to store opening
