Full-time Advertising, Marketing, Promotions, Public Relations, and Sales Managers

Collaborate with the Sales team to identify high potential prospects and strategic targets. Proactively generate leads through outreach via email, phone calls, and platforms such as LinkedIn. Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers. Analyze prospective needs to craft personalized engagement approaches. Schedule and manage meetings independently with qualified leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Adapt communication styles and strategies based on client needs and feedback. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a staffing or IT services environment. Strong cold calling and emailing track record with measurable results.
