Business Development Manager (Payment)

Job Responsibilities:

I. Channel Expansion & Partnership Negotiation

• Identify and onboard global and regional fiat payment providers (e.g. Simplex, MoonPay, Banxa) and payment gateways.
• Negotiate with commercial banks and EMIs to open corporate and trust accounts for the exchange.
• Secure competitive commercial terms, including low MDR fees, favorable settlement cycles, and strong technical support.

II. Regional Compliance & Localization

• Work with Compliance and Legal teams to select properly licensed payment partners in target markets.
• Research and integrate popular local payment methods (e.g. Pix in Brazil, GrabPay/MomoPay in Southeast Asia, SEPA Instant in Europe).
• Maintain strong relationships with financial partners and handle regulatory changes or audits.
