Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and site research analysis of Panadero retail landscape: identify high‑traffic areas by evaluating footfall, demographic profiles, rental and competitor store density.
- Track industry trends (pop‑up store demand) and regulatory requirements.
- Identify sites for new stores. Site acquisition & negotiation via direct outreach to landlords, property agents, and mall management; build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key real‑estate stakeholders.
- Lead lease negotiations (rental terms, lease duration, fit‑out allowances, and renewal clauses).
- Develop detailed project management for store opening timelines.
- Oversee pre‑opening tasks—license/permit applications.
- Perform tracking and strategy optimization.
