BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Full-time Management & Operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Bosch Conference System, EV/Dynacord, and other product lines assigned by Management to achieve continuous sales growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business development, channel management, or sales management.
• At least 3 years of experience handling technology, audio‑visual, conferencing, security, IT, or related solutions.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships, product portfolios, and distribution channels.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any related field.
