Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. :Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for staffing, recruitment, and manpower outsourcing services within the assigned region
2. .Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers to generate long-term business opportunities
3. .Generate new business leads through cold calling, client meetings, networking, market visits, referrals, and industry events
4. .Present and promote the company's staffing solutions to prospective clients and successfully convert leads into business opportunities
