Basic Salary: £38,000 OTE: £44,000 Company Car Included Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Circa 80% Field-Based | 20% Branch-Based Our client is looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager / Branch Sales Manager to join their Halesowen branch.
This is primarily a field-based sales role, with around 80% of your time spent visiting customers, developing new business, and growing existing accounts across the region. The remaining 20% will be spent at the branch, supporting the team, managing sales activity, and ensuring smooth branch operations.
