Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to help grow our customer base globally.

This is an early-stage role. Thereโ€™s no large team, no fixed playbook, and no steady flow of inbound leads. Weโ€™re looking for someone who can take ownership, build opportunities from scratch, and drive results independently.


What Youโ€˜ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and engage customers through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
  • Generate interest in our cybersecurity training and services.
  • Run discovery calls and understand customer requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closure.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Own your pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
  • Work with the technical team on deeper customer discussions when needed.
