Business Development Manager (CyberSecurity)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong track record in selling cybersecurity services. This is not a role for generalists — we want someone who knows the threat landscape, speaks the language of CISOs and IT decision-makers, and consistently closes enterprise and mid-market deals. You will be the tip of the spear in growing our cybersecurity client portfolio, building a pipeline from the ground up, and positioning our services as the go-to solution in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for cybersecurity services across both offensive and defensive security domains, including but not limited to SOC-as-a-Service (SOCaaS), Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Managed Security Services (MSSP), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Consulting, and Incident Response services.
