Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets for Snibe's Core Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio across assigned territories.
- Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including decision‑makers at medium to large accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Customer Engagement: Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and deliver value‑driven presentations to prospective customers.
- Complete the regional distribution tasks assigned by Snibe.
- Territory Strategy: Formulate and execute territory management plans, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing account coverage.
