Business Development Manager – Regional Government

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the regional Government. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing opportunities through government tenders, RFPs, and formal bidding processes. You will also proactively identify key stakeholders, contacts, and institutional decision makers in the Government and present BLS offerings for upcoming opportunities. The role will require proactively looking for potential partners to bid or service the contract jointly. Your expertise will ensure the development of high‑quality, compliant, and compelling proposals that increase our win rate and expand our portfolio of government contracts worldwide.
