Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into Singapore's local retail channels. This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with retail partners, and driving revenue growth for our baby, kids, and maternity product categories across brick‑and‑mortar channels such as department stores, specialty boutiques, pharmacies, and baby stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Channel Development
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new local retail partners and distributors (e.g., Mothercare, Kiddy Palace, BHG, Watsons, Supermarkets, Organizations, B2B, B2G, independent baby boutiques).
Negotiate and secure listing agreements, trading terms, and promotional placements.
Build a roadmap for expanding presence in relevant retail formats across Singapore.
