Smart Talent Group is partnering with a leading experiential events and exhibition business to appoint a Business Development Manager focused on the pubs, clubs and hospitality sector.

This is a role for someone who can open doors, build trust and sell creative solutions that help venues and brands stand out.

You will be working with a business that designs and delivers high-impact brand experiences, activations, displays and event solutions. The right person will be comfortable speaking with decision-makers, understanding client needs and turning a brief into a commercial opportunity.

The role will involve:

• Developing new business across pubs, clubs, hospitality groups and venue networks
• Building relationships with marketing managers, venue operators and senior decision-makers
• Identifying opportunities for activations, events, displays and experiential projects
