Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
- Experience in automation, robotics, logistics, industrial equipment, engineering solutions, or security solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
