Job Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM)**will be responsible for driving TCO’s commercial growth across the African region. The role focuses on winning new customers, growing market share across all product lines, building long-term relationships, and developing strategic and tactical sales plans aligned with TCO’s global objectives.
If based in Norway, the role requires frequent travel to Africa to support business development, customer meetings, and technology introductions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Growth & Sales Execution**:
- Develop new and existing business opportunities across all product lines.
- Lead the introduction of new technology and support growth of the current installed base.
- Prepare and deliver tenders and quotations; follow up through to award.
**Market Strategy & Intelligence**:
- Build and implement strategic/tactical sales plans in collaboration with the VP Global Sales.
