Your Role: Business Development Intern
As a Business Development Intern, you will support Synthoβs efforts in building and scaling its sales pipeline. Youβll work closely with the New Business Sales team to identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and contribute to outbound initiatives. This is a hands-on role with plenty of learning opportunities and real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support outbound lead generation initiatives
Assist with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate new opportunities
Help build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
Create and enrich prospect lists with relevant contacts and insights
Contribute to developing and testing creative outreach strategies
