We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Expert to help grow Digital Pipl by winning new business through Upwork and other freelance platforms.

You'll own the entire bidding process - from identifying high-value opportunities and crafting compelling proposals to converting prospects into qualified discovery calls with our founders.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue high-quality opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms
• Create persuasive proposals that stand out and convert
• Manage, optimise, and grow Digital Pipl's Upwork (and other platform) presence
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls with the founding team
• Continuously improve bidding strategies, response rates, and win rates
