Business Development Executive – UK EUROPE Staffing (MSP / VMS / Direct Clients / GCC)


Job Summary

SharpAtoms is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our UK EU Staffing business.

You’ll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs, bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.

This role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network
  • Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers
