Job Description
1. Identify and target new business opportunities within the security services sector (e.g., corporate clients, commercial properties, residential estates, government agencies).
2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and customer loyalty
3. Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
4. Develop and implement strategies to approach potential clients and close new business deals.
5. Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
6. Work closely with operational teams to ensure that security services are delivered as promised, meeting quality and compliance standards. Salary: Basic salary + attractive commission.
