We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Career Products team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in St. Louisand offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our Total Rewards Products and Services by supporting the acquisition and development of new mid-market clients within a designated territory. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and adept at prospecting, cultivating sales opportunities, and collaborating closely with sales professionals to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions.
