Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business development activities specifically tailored to facilities management services
- Assist in the comprehensive preparation of competitive proposals, formal tenders, and pitch presentations for prospective clients
- Conduct thorough market research to identify, analyze, and tap into potential new business opportunities
- Actively maintain strong client relationships and track the sales pipeline to ensure consistency
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to develop competitive pricing structures and compelling service offerings
- Assist with contract negotiations and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and business development ecosystem
