Job Summary: Allianze Infosoft is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in service-oriented sales within the BPO and outsourcing industry, focusing on international markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and promoting customized outsourcing solutions across diverse sectors. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international BPO markets( US, UK, Canada, Australia and other global countries) . Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Generate qualified leads through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
