Initiate outbound calls to prospective students from our lead database.
Guide students through the course offerings and resolve pre-enrollment queries.
Consistently follow up via WhatsApp/calls and push for enrollment.
Maintain accurate call and lead status records in the CRM.
Achieve weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand campaign intent and pitch alignment.
