Role Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for converting leads into confirmed sales meetings for Truckoom's sales team. Working from the Islamabad office, the BDE receives open leads from the Lead Generation Executive and owns the relationship from first contact through to a booked, confirmed meeting. This is a nurturing and pipeline-building role. The BDE does not close deals. The responsibility is to engage prospects, build enough interest and trust to secure a meeting, and ensure the sales team walks into every appointment with a well-briefed, genuinely interested prospect.
