Job Description
Henis Group is a rapidly growing U.S. recruiting and staffing firm specializing in manufacturing. We're expanding our staffing division and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help build long term staffing partnerships with manufacturers across the United States.
This is a true hunter role. You'll own the complete sales process from identifying target accounts to signing new clients before transitioning them to our recruiting and account management team.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research target manufacturing companies
- Build prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other sales tools
- Prospect through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Run discovery meetings with business owners and manufacturing leaders
- Win new staffing partnerships while also identifying direct hire opportunities
