Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close sales for off-plan property and real estate investment fund.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting investment products to local and overseas clients.
• Organize promotional events, webinars, and conferences.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.
• Maintain relationships with real estate developers and investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales of financial products, asset management, or real estate investment.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French proficiency is an advantage.
