Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, government organizations, educational institutions, and strategic partnerships. Promote and sell corporate training programs, professional certification courses, and customized learning solutions to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, Learning & Development (L&D) teams, Procurement departments, and key decision-makers. Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend suitable training and development solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring timely follow-up with prospective clients.
