Key Responsibilities: 1) Identify potential employers in the hospitality, aviation, travel, and related service sectors and generate qualified leads for job posting partnerships. 2) Reach out to HR managers, recruiters, consultants, hotel groups, aviation companies, and hiring decision-makers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct follow-up. 3) Present the benefits of posting jobs on AirigoJobs.com and explain the platform’s value for talent acquisition in hospitality and airline hiring. 4) Convert prospects into active clients who post their vacancies on the portal. 5) Coordinate with clients to collect job details, company information, hiring requirements, and posting approvals. 6) Support the client during onboarding and ensure their job openings are successfully listed on the platform. 7) Maintain lead records, client follow-ups, conversion status, and onboarding updates in trackers or CRM systems. 8) Build long-term relationships with employers to encourage repeat job postings...
