BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Field Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Business Development: Conduct daily market visits, identify upcoming construction/interior projects, generate qualified leads, present business proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
β’ Market Expansion: Identify new territories, gather competitor intelligence, create strategic partnerships, and maintain detailed meeting logs.
β’ Education - MBA, BBA, BBM, BCOM specialized in Sales and Marketing preferred
β’ 0-2 yearsβ experience in Business Development, Market Expansion and Revenue & Performance
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong networking abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently in field sales and extensive travel for business meetings.
