Job Description
What You'll Do Follow up and convert inbound leads from referrals, marketing campaigns, and other sources. Understand the day-to-day challenges faced by garment retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers, and explain how Softcon can help. Coordinate and conduct product demos with prospects. Build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, partnerships, and local market outreach. Develop relationships with channel partners, consultants, accountants, and other referral sources. Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Work closely with the founders and team to identify opportunities in new markets and help shape our growth strategy. What We're Looking For 13 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or software sales. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
