Responsibilities
The Pride Program is now part of Foundations Minnesota, a new entity designed to strengthen mental and behavioral health services, expand programming, and ensure long-term sustainability. This transition allows us to better meet the needs of our communities while also preserving the Pride Program’s LGBTQ+ specialty outpatient track.
What does this mean for our patients and partners?
- Our Minneapolis outpatient location will continue offering the Pride Program’s LGBTQ+ specialty track.
- In Eden Prairie, we are starting outpatient services to include anyone 18+ who needs substance use disorder (SUD) or co-occurring mental health support.
