Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive daily sales performance and increase the average transaction value (basket size) across all outlets.
- Analyze sales and business data to generate actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making in pricing, promotions, and operational strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including innovative service packages and treatments to expand the barbershop’s menu.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database for all SKU-related costs and pricing (buying vs. selling price) to ensure healthy profit margins.
