Position Summary

The Retail Sales – Bancassurance role is responsible for driving insurance sales performance across an assigned area of the bank’s Branch Stores Channel by achieving GPW targets, improving renewal ratios, and strengthening portfolio diversification. The position actively manages relationships and builds strong rapport with Business Managers, Sales Assistants, Relationship Managers, and other key bank personnel to ensure seamless execution of bancassurance strategies and frontline engagement. The role oversees branch activation, platform usage, and pipeline generation while delivering consistent sales support and account management for assigned branches.
