Are you a highly motivated capital equipment business developer who knows the world of the operating theatre inside out? Do you understand minimally invasive surgery and have the ability to convince both surgeons and hospital budget holders on high-impact decisions regarding medical capital equipment purchases? Are you energized by a highly competitive environment?
A Medtronic Surgical Robotics Business Developer is responsible for selling the Medtronic Hugo™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery System to a selected list of our existing hospital clients. This requires several talents, including the ability to build a coalition of supporters within each hospital, strong client engagement and problem‑solving skills, the energy to persevere through long and complex sales cycles, and a natural eagerness and drive to bring opportunities to closure.
