Job Description
The vitality department of the City of Rauma is recruiting a Business Customer Manager for the Business Services area. The permanent position begins on 31 August 2026 and is based in Rauma, serving business clients throughout South Savo.
Responsibilities
- Advise and serve business and employer clients.
- Provide comprehensive support for recruitment processes, including drafting job advertisements, regional monitoring, and presenting candidates to employers.
- Anticipate companies’ labor needs and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with networks, educational institutions, and various authorities to plan and implement events and recruitment activities.
- Participate in the development of business services and operational models.
