Job Description
Overview
As a Business Controller, you will act as a strategic financial partner to the Factory CFO, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and supporting key decisions that drive the factory’s performance.
Your day will involve preparing and consolidating budgets and forecasts, monitoring essential KPIs such as Order Intake, Revenue, Profit, and Free Cash Flow, and performing variance analysis to provide transparent insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete budgeting and forecasting cycle for key financial KPIs.
- Develop financial models to support strategic projects, performance reviews, and decision-making.
- Control cost center budgets and ensure alignment with operational and financial targets.
