Job Description
As a Business Change Management Expert, your primary responsibility will be to lead change management strategies and activities globally for the Commercial - eCommerce teams. You will focus on maximizing employee adoption, developing change leadership behaviors, and influencing the overall project outcomes. The Business Change Management Expert will also serve as a trusted coach for senior leaders and executives, helping them embrace and fulfill their roles as change leaders.

Design and execute change plans, including communication plans, sponsorship roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans.
