You bring a strong end-to-end perspective across domains and understand how business units, customer journeys, and processes connect to deliver value.

You define and connect capability maps, process landscapes, and governance structures, ensuring alignment across the organization without necessarily going into deep operational detail. You take a structured, analytical approach to complex challenges—building fact-based recommendations, developing scenarios, and assessing impacts across capabilities and processes.
