About You & the Role
As a Business Analytics Officer, you are a strategic partner in enabling data-driven decision-making across the Bank. You translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, helping business leaders make informed, forward-looking decisions that drive growth and performance.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with business units to understand goals and define data requirements
- Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools and SQL
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decisions
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
