Job Description
Facilitate discussions with internal teams, customers, partners, and vendors to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for projects. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and interface specifications.
Identify potential design or solution challenges early in the project lifecycle and highlight possible business or operational impacts.
Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, QA, and deployment teams throughout the solution development lifecycle.
Ensure solutions meet customer expectations by supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and requirement traceability.
Investigate issues encountered during testing and production releases, recommending practical solutions and workarounds.
