Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in a technical setting within large enterprise or banking organizations
- Strong experience in AML, Payment Screening, Sanctions Screening, and Financial Crime Compliance projects
- Hands‑on knowledge of payment processing, SWIFT payment messages (MT/MX), and end‑to‑end payment flows
- Experience working with Payment Sanctions Screening tools such as SymphonyAI NetReveal, HotScan, or HotScan/CMT
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, test case creation, UAT, and system implementation
