What You’ll Do
- Oversee all reporting and analysis for our personal insurance division (including retention reports, customer data analysis, year‑over‑year analysis, new business, etc.)
- Maintain, update, and enhance dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for leadership and finance teams
- Perform monthly analyses of financial metrics, including organic growth and new business trends, delivering insights to unit leaders
