As a business analyst for Insight Global, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and dynamic. You will spend about 50% of your time learning about various business units, building rapport with stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing in Jira, and providing testing support. Building relationships will take up another 25% of your day, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Documentation will be a crucial part of your role, occupying 15% of your time to ensure all processes and requirements are well-documented.
In addition to these core activities, you will be involved in process development and improvement, ensuring workflows are efficient and effective.
