Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business needs analysis, engaging stakeholders to uncover challenges and opportunities.
- Apply Design Thinking methodologies to design innovative, user-centric solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear and testable user stories, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and UAT plans.
- Identify and recommend process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to design viable IT solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Support UAT and post-deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
