What We're Looking For

Business Analysts support the operations they are aligned with by providing reporting, interpretation and data-based recommendations to business leaders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Working directly with business stakeholders, design a wide variety of moderately complex reports and some complex reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications.
• Deliver reports in formats to aid stakeholders outside the functional area (PowerPoint, PDF, etc).
• Review delivered reports for data accuracy, independently resolve quality issues of limited scope, and escalates complex quality issues to supervisor or senior staff for resolution.
• Use business acumen to look beyond the data to generate recommendations for a wide variety of moderately complex problems.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
