Job Description
The Business Analyst (BA) – Supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by translating business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications for digital financial services. The BA plays a vital role in ensuring alignment between project goals, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and delivery timelines. This position bridges strategic fintech initiatives with project execution under the supervision of the PM Head.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A. PMO – Aligned Functions
Collaborate with the PM Head to prioritize, plan, and scope projects in alignment with PMO objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for PMO dashboards, trackers, and weekly progress reports.
Support the PMO in project governance activities such as risk tracking, milestone validation, and issue escalation.
