  • 3+ years of experience in a BA or Application Analyst role with increasing responsibility including SaaS/Cloud platform implementations

  • Experience translating business requirements into configuration / design specifications of a SaaS/Cloud platform.

  • Experience performing software validation.

  • 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements from customers.

  • 1+ years of work experience in the public/community services sector (preferred)

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Confident, Client-facing, comfortable with unknowns/not knowing the answer

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently or as part of a team; ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
