Job Description
- Lead requirement‑gathering sessions to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
- Analyse complex business problems using data, workflow mapping, and impact assessments to identify improvement opportunities and propose evidence‑based recommendations.
- Develop and maintain documentation including PRDs, user stories, process maps, and technical specifications with strong traceability across the project lifecycle.
- Design and execute UAT strategies, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with development teams on post‑production monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous product iteration based on user feedback.
