Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with business SMEs and site stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain functions. Document current-state (“As-Is”) labeling processes, systems, workflows, and data dependencies across multiple sites. Define and document future-state (“To-Be”) business processes aligned with Loftware Enterprise Cloud capabilities, including Print-on-Demand labeling and SmartFlow workflows. Develop and maintain business and functional documentation, including: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) Process maps and workflows User stories Acceptance criteria
